Viktor Orban was defeated on Sunday, but he seems to have no intention of leaving Hungarian politics. One of the first actions the new government will take will be to amend the Constitution to set term limits so that Orban can’t return to power in four years. Russia and the United States are refusing to congratulate Peter Magyar on his election win and have deemed Hungary an “unfriendly” country now.
